Project Objective
Our task was to perform the electrical installation of an internal transport system at the end client’s facility in Gdańsk, based on project documentation provided to us by the commissioning integrator.
Our Solution
In this project, we were responsible exclusively for one specific stage of implementation — electrical installation — without involvement in concept design or control programming.
This is a good example of how we support other integrators at a selected stage of their project, without the need to engage us in the entire investment: we worked based on documentation we received ready-made, and focused on precise, timely execution of installation in a demanding production environment.
Project Challenges
During implementation, the greatest challenge was managing the instantaneous power consumption by a large number of drives operating simultaneously.
The Intelli team developed a control algorithm enabling:
- Dynamic energy load management,
- Sequential transport startup,
- Reduction of current consumption peaks.
Additionally, we implemented a continuous monitoring system for key components enabling predictive service planning.
